Job Summary
The Senior Corporate Director Human Resources will lead and manage the HR function for corporate associates, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. This role involves overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR strategies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The Director will work closely with corporate leadership to drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent acquisition, development, and retention.
Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with at least 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources; experience within hospitality industry desired.
- PHR Certification is desired.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing HR insights and solutions that support business objectives.
- Talent Management: Support talent acquisition and development efforts, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing employee relations issues and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
- Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives, helping teams navigate organizational changes effectively.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
- HR Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
