Job Description
The office administrator will be responsible with providing assistance for the Program Management and Purchasing departments. Prime candidate must be able to juggle several responsibilities at once and able to adapt to changes. Critical thinking skill set is a must.
Job duties:
- Provide daily support to the sales team, program management, and purchasing. Duties include: data entry using spreadsheet to quote electronic components, manage due dates for sales/work/purchase orders in our ERP system, quoting activities with vendors, data collection for customer business review, etc.
- Be ready to tackle any administrative job or project that requires attention in the office.
Qualifications
- Computer literate
- Experienced in Microsoft office Suite (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint), Outlook is a plus
- Able to communicate with efficiency
- Some experience working in office environment
- Positive attitude
- Team player
- Willingness to learn
Education: Degree in Business Adm/Mgt is a plus.
