Custom Craft Ice Company Seeking Skilled Band-Saw Operator
We are looking for skilled, unique individuals to join our team. Nice Ice Company has expanded to Anaheim, California and we are looking for hardworking people who have a professional mindset and thrive off of artistic problem solving. Our ideal candidate will have:
-An artistic eye
-General knowledge of proper tool use
-Excited about work
-Reliable
-Flexible hours(M-F & and some weekends)
-Ability to lift 50 pounds
-Ability to work in cold environments with proper attire for extended periods of time.
Responsibilities:
-Utilize power equipment to process ice to customer order requirements
-Set up and operate assigned cutting machines in accordance with established safety procedures
-Preforms a variety of material movement tasks for order filling, including but not limited to loading and unloading ice in an efficient manner
-Follows customer requirements to fill orders
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
Skills and Qualifications:
-Capable of operating bandsaw/ meat or bone saw
-Basic Measurement Competency
-Basic Math Competency
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00- $22.00 per hour based on experience
Schedule:
-Monday to Friday
-Weekend availability
