Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Agent with Tax Credit experience to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist prospective residents in touring the property and selecting the right unit.
• Handle the leasing process, including completing applications, verifying eligibility, and conducting background checks.
• Ensure compliance with Tax Credit regulations, including accurate documentation and reporting.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Market and promote the community to attract potential residents.
• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve leasing goals.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience with Tax Credit properties is required.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
