As a Senior Software Engineer on the Enterprise Information Security team, you will be responsible for development and delivery of new integrations, features, rules, workflows, and tasks on the SailPoint IIQ and Identity Now platform. In this role, you will install, customize, configure, and support identity provisioning and governance tools. This position will also require you to communicate between business customers, business analysts, systems analysts, and IT software engineers to be successful, you should be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work in a highly dynamic environment. You will need to be a self-starter who is self-managed and eager to learn new technologies.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop IDM application using SailPoint and Java, including analysis and design, perform unit testing, and 3rd level support for SailPoint applications
- Develop and deliver integrations, features, rules, workflows, tasks, documentation, diagrams, and test scripts
- Drive root cause resolution to reduce future incidents following best practices and in collaboration with vendor
- Provide rotational production on-call support
- Contribute to software design by analyzing user needs to determine technical requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and effectively present them to decision makers
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to create and build innovative features/solutions

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of progressive Java development/delivery experience in an agile environment
- 2+ years of experience designing and implementing APIs (SOAP / REST)
- 2+ years of experience development/maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- 2+ years of Azure cloud experience
- 1+ years of experience developing applications in React including component design and state management for specific use cases
- 6+ months experience with SailPoint IIQ & Identity Now platform
- United States Citizenship (FedRAMP requirement)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Azure
- Experience in Git
- Experience working in a DevOps model
- Experience leading small project team
- Proven solid problem solving skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment while maintaining adherence to standards and best practices
- Proven ability to develop architecture

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
