SkyWater is hiring a Procurement Specialist Staff for our site in Bloomington, MN.
Responsibilities:- Negotiate price, delivery and payment terms on a wide variety of purchased products and services
- PO Placement and follow-up
- Manage vendors and relationships
- Expedite POs as needed
- PO closeout
- Work as a liaison between internal customers and external vendors for PO placement, product inquiries and delivery
- Coordinates and collaborates with key internal stakeholders such as legal, contracts, finance, program management, engineering, and quality
- Identify supply disruptions and define solutions to minimize business impact
- Assist with internal and external audits
Required Qualifications:- Bachelors' degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration or related field and 4 years of experience in Contracts, Subcontracts, Procurement and/or Supplier Management.
- Demonstrated experience in a Procurement role managing vendors and relationships
- Prior experience negotiation and influencing others
- Knowledge of supply chain management techniques and industry best practices.
- Experienced with project management and managing multiple complex projects.
- Proficient with MS Office suite.
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong time management / organizational skills.
- Experience using NetSuite a plus.

The annual salary range for this role is $89,040 - $133,560. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
