Your role / Job duties[MW2] :Operational Leadership: Drive operational efficiency and patient access across medical, dental, and behavioral health services, reducing appointment wait times and increasing new patient engagement.
Quality & Compliance: Lead a comprehensive risk management program, working with the CEO and senior leaders to maintain compliance with SAMHSA, FTCA, and HRSA standards, while upholding GSCH's mission.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CFO and other chiefs to ensure sustainable financial performance, establishing appropriate financial policies and monitoring budgetary performance metrics.
Program Development: Develop operational policies in partnership with senior leaders, enhancing patient care programs and ensuring timely integration of services, including social work and prenatal care.
Team Leadership & Development: Oversee and mentor direct reports, provide annual performance reviews, and ensure training aligns with organizational values and best practices.
Community Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with external agencies to expand community health services, enhancing GSCH's presence and resources.
Space & Resource Utilization: Optimize exam room and resource usage to meet productivity goals and accommodate growing patient needs.
Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement contingency plans for clinical operations during emergencies and ensure seamless communication for weather or health center closures.

Qualifications / What you need[MW3]
- Master's degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role, preferably in healthcare or nonprofit settings.
- Strong experience in clinical and operational management, particularly within primary and preventive care frameworks.
- Proven track record in risk management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.

Pay: $140,000 to $158,000 per year commensurate with experience
BenefitsAll regularly scheduled employees working at least 32 hours per week are eligible to receive full benefits; those working 24-31 hours per week will receive prorated benefits. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
