The Lead Tech Product Manager will lead the TechOps activity supporting the digital properties for Optum LOBs. The lead TPM will have 3 TPMs reporting to him/her and will assign them as applicable across projects supporting Grafana dashboards as well as engineering enablement activities. The Lead TPM will ensure agile best practices are being followed and will guide the team towards best practices when necessary. This position will also be responsible for ensuring status reporting is complete, accurate, and on time. This position will be highly engaged in the dashboard space and will ensure the backlog is in a healthy state. This position will participate in the intake process for new ideas as well. This role will be expected to have input into the work and to represent dashboard team in early discussions for new ideas. The Lead TPM will also have to understand the financials for the team and work to meet budget goals and ensure capacity targets are met. All of this will be done with a focus on the customer’s needs. This role will have to understand how the customer uses TechOps services and how/where to most effectively deploy the project managers on their team.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead TPM Description
- Aha! hygiene and record accuracy
- New idea reviews and intake
- New feature intake/monitoring/reporting
- Status reporting
- Product Backlog management support
- Ensure roadmap accuracy
- Facilitates short and long term planning efforts
- Captures meeting notes in necessary forums
- Leads solutioning technical design sessions for epics/features
- Refines Aha features and facilitates the breakdown of them to user stories in CA Rally
- Accountable to manage dependencies across engineering teams within and outside of CE
- Manages the engineering financial planning (forecast/capacity/burn down) Develops and manages the release roadmaps

Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience managing technical projects
- 4+ years of experience with Agile methodology
- 4+ years of experience managing SDLC for major enterprises
- 4+ years of experience working across IT/ Business teams and coordinating across multiple teams working under a single objective
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding how monitors/dashboards are built
- Proven proactive problem solver

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
