The impactYou will partner very closely with our CEO, COO, and Cross-Functional Leadership to dive deep into business performance, advise leadership with analytical business insights, and develop strategic plans. You will lead a cross-functional team of Accounting, FP&A, Compliance, Info Security and HR to scale Method's strategic priorities and solve our most challenging business issues. This role is perfect for someone highly analytical, organized, and collaborative - all with a strong bias for action.
What You'll Do - Be a thought partner to oversee the growth of the company and develop systems to support our growth
- Manage the accounting, finance, compliance, infosec, HR functions and collaborate closely with business to align and execute projects according to the company roadmap
- Drive Product-Operations Alignment: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to enhance and manage operations for Method's product suite.
- Jump into various cross-functional projects to keep things on track and fill in the gaps in skill and bandwidth. One day you may be reviewing financial forecasts, the next you might be driving infosec audit.
- Implement metrics and KPIs to track and optimize operational efficiency, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance.
- Establish and maintain internal controls, compliance, and risk management practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for strategic partnerships.
Who You Are - 8+ years experience ideally with experience in business operations, finance, and/or management consulting
- 3+ years as a people manager at a venture backed company
- Data-driven to support strategic planning
- Exceptional ability to leadership and cross-functional teams from a position of influence/partnership
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a heightened focus on attention to detail; strong sense of urgency, proactivity, and independence.
- Ability to structure work plans, navigate competing priorities, and manage complex projects end-to-end.
Extra awesome- Experience in B2B fintech or finance-related industries
- Hands-on experience with HR operations and compliance management
- Background in managing growth-stage startup operations
CompensationThe annual US base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000, based on experience.
