Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Laborer specializing in fiber / coax pulling for low voltage technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability work independently with a team providing fiber / coax pulling, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
• Install fiber and coax.
• Coordinate and lead a team of laborers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior laborers to enhance skill development and knowledge.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Senior Skilled Laborer specializing in Fiber and Coax pulling technology or similar role.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements and layout.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate and supervise a team.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certifications are a plus.
