**Job Title: Leasing Intern**
**Job Description:**
As a Leasing Agent Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the real estate industry by assisting our leasing team in various tasks related to property leasing and management. This internship offers a dynamic opportunity to learn about property marketing, customer service, and administrative duties within a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Assist in showcasing rental properties to prospective tenants and providing guided tours.
2. Respond to inquiries from potential tenants via phone, email, and in-person visits.
3. Collaborate with the leasing team to prepare and distribute marketing materials for rental properties.
4. Conduct market research to analyze rental trends and pricing strategies.
5. Assist in the screening process for potential tenants, including background checks and credit screenings.
6. Coordinate lease agreements and assist tenants with the move-in process.
7. Support administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and scheduling appointments.
8. Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address any concerns or maintenance requests promptly.
**Requirements:**
1. Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and basic computer skills.
6. Eagerness to learn about the real estate industry and leasing procedures.
7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
