Job DescriptionYour day to day - Foster strong relationships with the Lifestyle Luxury team (Brand, Design, Ops) by demonstrating value and enhancing effective sourcing through influence and relationship building.
- Create and implement strategic sourcing plans for OS&E, rooms, and public spaces, ensuring the highest quality and service standards.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of supply markets and establish strategic partnerships with premium suppliers.
- Initiate and manage a pipeline of projects focused on innovation, continuous improvement, risk management, and financial benefits for IHG and its owners.
- Execute sourcing, demand management, and continuous improvement initiatives, including RFI, RFP, negotiations, and contracting, to optimize the supply base for each category under management while delivering margin benefits for the business and owners..
What we need from you - Procurement/Operations experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality or hotel environment.
- Proficient in Category Management methodology and procurement processes, with sourcing execution experience in a global organization.
- Demonstrated capability to analyze and provide insights on supply markets and manage complex supplier relationships.
- Effective project management skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate within a matrixed team, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $130,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay.
