Network Engineer 2, UHS Phelps Hall
United Health Services is seeking a Network Engineer 2 to join our IS Infrastructure and Server Support department at UHS Phelps Hall in Binghamton, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

Salary range: $37.00 - $55.50 per hour, depending on experience.
OverviewDesign, implement, maintain and support communication networks within UHS and between UHS and other organizations. Maximize/optimize network performance /utilization by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, implementing upgrades and developing infrastructure recommendations. Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies; defining and monitoring access, participate in/perform security audits/assessments and implement security related recommendations.
QualificationsEducation/Experience- Minimum Required:
- Associates Degree or 8 years experience in IT Networking field
- Preferred:
- 10 years experience in IT Networking field
License/Certification- Minimum Required:
- Preferred:
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Security+
- Cisco CCNP
