The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for handling all aspects of talent sourcing and recruiting for his or her assigned requisitions; and building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers and Human Resources, community organizations, and other recruiting sources. The Talent Acquisition Partner is also responsible for developing new, creative recruiting ideas employing traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies, and utilizing approved venues to identify and recruit appropriate candidates to fill positions at all levels. The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in ensuring we hire the best possible talent for all positions.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in consultative recruitment role, corporate or agency, in a related industry
Experience working with senior level leaders on strategic approaches to talent acquisition and retention
1+ year supporting Renewables and/or Utilities
Strong experience in full desk recruiting: screening, interviewing, and assessing talent
Ability to shift prioritization of requisitions based on candidate stage, manager involvement, etc.
Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing technologies
Expert use of Microsoft Excel to analyze data
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelors Degree, ideally in HR, Business, Marketing, etc.
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in renewables
Prefer experience in Saba TalentLink and/or Greenhouse ATS
Skills using Power BI or other data analysis tool a plus
Previous experience conducting data analysis/metric reporting
Previous experience with HCM software implementation a plus
