Cambria Bicycle Outfitter, Cambriabike.com, is hiring for the Customer Service Representative position.
The Customer Service Representative will possess exceptional customer service skills, outstanding communication talent, a strong work ethic, and is detail-oriented. This position is responsible for responding, and reaching out, to consumers through phone, chat, and email channels. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide outstanding phone, email & chat-based consumer support.
• Entering Consumer orders.
• Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve issues with Consumer orders.
• Respond professionally and in a timely manner to inquiries.
• Multitask between software systems, problem resolution, consumer inquiries, and multiple internal departments.
• Perform preliminary analysis on complex cases and resolve, or transfer to the appropriate resource for resolution.
• Provide structured and organized feedback to Management as this position represents the voice of the consumer.
• Complete other duties as assigned by your manager.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
