TorkLaw, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while playing a key role in developing and executing our marketing strategies.
Under the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, including digital marketing, brand management, content creation, and lead generation. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of marketing principles, a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
- Oversee content creation and ensure consistent messaging and brand identity
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns effectively
- Track and report on marketing KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus
- 2 years' experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, in the personal injury space
- Deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Proficient in marketing software and tools

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year DOE. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. TorkLaw is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
