Clark Street Bread is a trendy cafe with four outposts in Los Angeles, CA. We are both professional & casual. Our goal is serving delicious bread & pastries
Duties:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes and desserts following recipes
- 2AM-10:30AM, 7AM-3PM or 8am-4pm would be the schedule
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new pastry items
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or relevant role
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in pastry decoration
- Excellent time management skills to meet production schedules
- Culinary or pastry arts degree is a plus
- Customer service-oriented approach
