If you are already a seasoned "Sales Professional" with extensive knowledge of the construction or home remodeling industry with at least 2+ years previous experience in direct to public sales, we may also have opportunities for you. The ideal candidate for a Commissioned Sales Executive will be a very motivated self starter, able to maintain a very high close ratio of on both pre-scheduled and new lead appointments, must have great presentation and communication skills and be able to use their personal vehicle to conduct in office or in-home presentations & meet customers at suppliers etc. to help them through the process (travel reimbursement paid). This is a 100% commissioned based sales position with a realistic opportunity to earn $100k + /year
-What your day will look like:
A typical day will include meeting with homeowners to discuss their remodeling and/or repair needs, assessing their budget, estimating costs and presenting project proposals to clients. Once a client has signed on, you will coordinate with our in-house Project Managers to complete the work.
-You will also be:
Estimating, presenting and selling the project
Coordinating a timely billing process and collecting payments from clients
Assisting clients in obtaining financing if needed
What you bring:
A combination of education and/or experience in residential Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling, estimating, and work scope writing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skill in presenting ideas, problem-solving and recommendations solutions
Time management skills
Confidence and ability to think on your feet
Customer service and client interaction skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
•Great communication skills required
• 2-3 leads per day 5 days a week. Some Saturdays
• ½ commission paid up front on closed deals
• Earn 80-450k or more annually. The sky is the limit
• Paying commission schedule based off profit.
• Complete access to leads, schedule, and project activities via cloud based database
