MyFitFoods is a high volume healthy meal prep manufacturing company, helping people achieve their health focused goals.
2) What do we do in our Day to Day Operation?
We bulk cook and portion healthy meals to be sold in our retail storefronts and for delivery.
Similar to a catering company, we do large batch cooking and plating and we have our days planned out so we know what to expect daily.
3) Who do we want joining our team?
Individuals that enjoy working in a fast paced Kitchen environment.
People who enjoy working as a part of a team and taking on new responsibilities.
Open availability is a plus. We are a growing company and are looking to expand our operating hours.
4) What skills should a candidate possess?
Career minded individuals with 2 years minimum kitchen experience.
Catering or high volume experience is a plus.
Good knife skills
Well rounded knowledge of kitchen equipment.
Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
Bilingual.

Our ideal candidate would also have:
Time Management Skills: Candidate should be able to efficiently handle all their tasks.
Culinary Knowledge: They should have a good understanding of basic kitchen knowledge.
Ability to Follow Recipes: It's important that the candidate can accurately follow the recipes to maintain the consistency of the meals.
Attention to Detail: Candidate should be able to maintain a high level of accuracy in meal preparation, portion sizes, and meal presentation.
Physical Stamina: They must be able to stand for long hours and handle the physical demands of the job such as lifting heavy pots or chopping ingredients.
Food Safety Knowledge: They should be aware of and follow food safety guidelines to ensure the meals are safe to eat.
Ability to Work Under Pressure: Kitchen environments can be high-stress, especially during busy periods. They need to stay calm and focused under pressure.
Good Organization Skills. Candidate should be able to effectively manage their workspace, ingredients, and tools to ensure smooth operations.
Dealbreakers:
6am-2pm
Bilingual or some English preferred.
Full time Saturday- Wednesday.
Thursday and Friday off.
Experience: Trim and slicing raw and cooked proteins, vegetables and starches.5. Rolling wraps and roll ups.
Experience: Using small machinery like slicers, dicers, and emersion blenders.
$17-$18 an hour to start
