Position Overview:The Senior Director, Enterprise Architecture will report to the Chief Information Officer. As the Senior Director, Enterprise Architecture, you will lead the architectural vision and strategy for our organization's global technology landscape, with a strong focus on enterprise and consumer technologies.
Scope:You will be responsible for key technology decisions that drive the development and implementation of comprehensive architectural frameworks and solutions of an enterprise-wide scalable, reliable, and resilient architecture.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and technological advancements, delivering innovative and scalable solutions that enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
What you'll do:- Develop and communicate a clear architectural vision and strategy aligned with the organization's business goals and technology trends.
- Establish and maintain architectural standards, policies, guidelines, and best practices across the organization.
- Manage the design, development, and implementation of solutions, including translating business needs into technical requirements for software solutions
- Oversee the quality and implementation of designs, and ensure the organization is using the appropriate technology and software.
- Design resilient systems and enhance organizational resilience by providing appropriate levels of data protection and disaster recovery for critical systems and services
- Deliver proof-of-concepts, provide advice on coding practices, attend meetings with vendors, evaluate vendors and technology, and perform architecture and code reviews.
- Design and implement integration platforms to facilitate seamless data flow and interoperability between disparate systems.
- Architect and oversee the development and integration of enterprise applications to support business processes and improve efficiency.
- Lead software technology architects to solve complex problems and resolve technological disagreements and develop high performance architects within the organization.
- Ensure alignment of enterprise application architecture with overall IT strategy and business requirements.
- Develop and implement architectural solutions for data engineering, including data pipelines, data warehouses, and real-time analytics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data privacy laws, and internal policies.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and executive management to communicate architectural decisions and impact.
What we are looking for:Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- At least 15+ years of experience in technology roles with a strong focus on architecture.
- At least 8+ years in a leadership or Chief Architect role
Technical Skills:- Expertise in ecommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service Could, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Proficiency in enterprise application architecture (e.g., ERP, CRM, Supply Chain Systems, CLM, HRM, etc.).
- Experience with integration platforms and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.).
- Knowledge of marketing technologies (e.g., CDPs, marketing automation, DXPs).
- Strong understanding of data engineering practices, data warehousing solutions, and analytics tools.
Leadership Skills:- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

The salary range for this position is $168,876.00 to $219,124.00 USD
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
