The Marketing Technology Manager at Xero is a critical role that bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role is responsible for building and optimizing the Marketing Technology stack to drive partner acquisition, conversion, and penetration. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience with SaaS integrations, and a deep understanding of marketing technology and data flows. They will be a visionary leader who can translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, while also being hands-on in implementing and optimizing those solutions.
