Qualifications
• Stay calm and professional
• Work under pressure
• Use knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation tools
• Some exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, and humidity
• Reaches, bends, squats, and frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 lbs
• 5 years or more experience
Responsibilities
• Washing, sanitizing, and storage of all dishes
• Delivers trays of dirty dishware to dish room
• General cleaning of the kitchen
• Sweeping and mopping floors front of house and back of house, restrooms, and parking lot.
• Stocks service area with clean dishware.
• Cleans and organizes back of house, including coolers, freezers and stock areas.
• Removes garbage
• Maintains and services restrooms.
• Stocks/restocks items
Help with-back and front of the house:
• Rinses and cuts raw food products
• Receives and stores food supplies and equipment
• Help as needed one or more cooking stations that may include falafel, kabob, rotisserie chicken, and sandwich/plate preparation and breakfast
the trash out, and mop floors.
