Job Description
We are seeking hard-working, detail-oriented, and motivated people to join our team! This is a full-time pest control technician and/or sales position located in Hillsboro, OR. We are looking for individuals that can be productive working in a team environment but also excel working at an individual level.
Responsibilities include:
• Running a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issues in a professional manner
• Providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order
• Keeping accurate records of treatments provided
• Collecting payments for services rendered
• Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides in accordance with Oregon State and Federal laws
• Schedule is Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays, 8:00a-5:30p
Qualifications:
• No pest control experience necessary; Must be able to obtain a General and Structural Pesticide Applicator Licenses by passing three state administered exams.

• A clean driving record is required
• No more than three moving violations in the past 3 years
• A background check will be performed on all new hires
• Must be at least 18
Compensation:
• $17 / Hour – Trainee with no certifications or licenses
• $18 / Hour – Trainee with an Apprentice License
• $20 / Hour – Partially Licensed Field Technician (General License)
• $22 / Hour – Fully Licensed Field Technician (General and Structural License)
• Bonus' are based on total production (see management for details)
