CUSTOMER SERVICE TECH. SUPPORT: STARTING AT $22.00-$24.00 HOUR
All Star Labor and Staffing is now hiring a Customer Service Technical Support in the Newberg OR area.
The Customer Service Technical Support representative will maintain a high level of exceptional technical support and service, efficiently following procedures and processes set in place to ensure companies customers’ support needs are met; Routinely interacts with customers taking daily orders.
Answers technical questions. Reports customer issues & on-time delivery issues daily. Completes RMA process when necessary and communicates to customer to ensure completion in a timely manner. Will also utilizes CRM system to capture pertinent data.
Requires at least 3 years of experience with mechanical troubleshooting and/or working with heavy machinery. Must be aware of ISO and FDA requirements. Must have outstanding verbal communication skills and strong telephone etiquette. Also, must have basic knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, and fluid power.
PAY AND SCHEDULE FOR POSITION:
Full Time, Monday – Friday. Ability to work flexible hours, with additional time as needed. Less than 1% unplanned absenteeism is expected. Starting at $22.00 - $24.00 an hour depending on experience
