CNC Machine Operator
About the Role:
West Valley Precision is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operator with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible, operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
Hours: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, overtime available
Responsibilities:
• Operate CNC Kitamura machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
• Program and edit CNC programs as needed
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as required
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Deburr parts as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator
• Proficiency in using various measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Kitamura machines is a plus
