Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high standard of service.
Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using relevant office software.
Collaborate with sales and client services teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and providing detailed information about products and services.
Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and best practices.
Support multilingual customers by offering assistance in both English and Spanish as needed.
Qualifications:
