Join Our Team at CPI Service! - CPI Service, a local HVAC company (residential and light commercial), is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. What You'll Do:
- Service, repair, and maintain a variety of heating and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and replace malfunctioning equipment or components.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an HVAC Service Technician
- Knowledge: Strong familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and system troubleshooting.
- Tools: Basic hand and power tools (required).
- Skills: Problem-solving, critical thinking, and excellent attention to detail.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 75 lbs, work overhead, climb ladders, and perform in various temperature conditions.
- Safety: Committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
What We Offer:
- $2,000 signing bonus paid after 90 days of employment
- 40 hour per week guaranteed for the first 4 month
- $30-45/h depending on experience with $80,000-120,000 total compensation (hourly + incentive compensation)
- All essential equipment provided (technicians must supply their own hand tools)
