Our team has vacancies for Window Cleaners to work in the _West Contra Costa and East Contra Costa County’s _ areas. Full Time.
Skills and Qualifications
• The job entails washing windows, utilizing both the conventional window washing method and the Tucker Pole method.
• Must be able to climb ladders for multi-story work
• Able to operate a power washer
• Be able to follow instructions
• Perform minor repairs
• Pick up trash and haul it to designated dumpsites
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Good Communication skills
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 Lbs.
• Excellent time management skills
Requirements
• CDL or equivalent/pass a Background screening
• MUST HAVE A clean DMV record is required
• High School Diploma (Preferred)
• Ability to manage time efficiently
• Must be reliable
• Work well without supervision
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to communicate in ENGLISH
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in Commercial Buildings
