Responsibilities:
• Perform repairs on damaged vehicles, including structural and non-structural work.
• Remove, replace, and repair body panels, fenders, bumpers, and other vehicle parts.
• Use welding, straightening, and refinishing techniques to restore vehicles.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets shop and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required.
• Work collaboratively with estimators, painters, and other team members.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an auto body technician.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment for auto body repair.
• Familiarity with aluminum welding and other advanced repair techniques is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret repair estimates and follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
