Position SummaryGuggenheim Investments seeks an exceptional candidate to join as an Associate on its Marketing Operations team. This role will be responsible for conducting marketing operations activities ensuring the accurate, timely and compliant production, fulfillment and distribution of digital and print marketing materials. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, the Associate will work to make the marketing function more effective, efficient, and scalable, contributing to and supporting the functions of the Marketing Operations team while documenting improvements to processes and procedures. The Associate will be required to work cross-functionally with Compliance, Product/Channel Marketing, IT, Legal and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for Marketing Operations initiatives.
This position is located in Rockville, Maryland.
Essential Job Functions- Execute the cross-team effort responsible for ensuring timely and compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual production of print and digital marketing communications, fostering collaboration and accountability across Fixed Income, Equity and Alternative strategies, and multiple product types (Mutual Funds, Unit Investment Trusts, Closed-End Funds, VITs etc.)
- Work to identify, design and document operations and processes that enable the Marketing team to be more efficient and scalable. Help maintain current policies, procedures and controls for the Marketing department
- Contribute to further automation for production and maintenance of marketing materials. Identify improvement opportunities with existing processes and leverage systems to drive automation
- Assist in the oversight of fulfillment. Ensure outsourced partners including Transfer Agent, fulfillment and printers are collaborating effectively to meet project timelines for regulatory reporting and marketing collateral production
- Perform administration, including user access, usage reporting, data uploads, inventory control and optimization for content management system(s)
- Upkeep of the firm's regulatory materials including prospectuses, annual reports and semi-annuals on website and at fulfillment center
- Support Email Creation & Distribution and Marketing Data & Analytics team members, including back-up coverage. Use email marketing automation software to assist with email marketing campaigns, including setup, testing, deployment, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with Compliance, Product/Channel Marketing, IT, Legal and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for Marketing Operations initiatives
- Work proactively and multi-task to meet deadlines in fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with marketing automation tools and workflows, and work management platforms such as Monday.com
- Familiarity with content management systems
- Proficiency in HTML to modify email templates for marketing campaigns
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing operations or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to support cross-functional team building
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with aptitude to learn new systems and processes
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis

Salary DetailsAnnual base salary between $76,500 and $85,000.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
Currently, this role is expected to be in the Rockville office at least 4 days per week.
