Manufacturer of aluminum forged pistons is seeking a CNC Programmer to set up and program CNC mills and lathes. Reliable and dependable person with attention to detail needed.
Required Skills
* 5+ years experience with CNC setup, operation and programming, 3/4/5 axis.
* Ability to work with tolerances as tight as +/- .0003
* Understanding of tools, speed and feed rates needed with aluminum material.
* Experience with Fanuc controls and some Fadel
* Familiar with CAD/CAM software Esprit Cam, Gibbs Cam and MasterCam
* Pro/Engineer / Creo and SolidWorks a plus.
**Salary is depending on experience.**
Hours are Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm (40 hour per week)
