Process and manage office payroll accurately and on time.
Support field operations with timely financial and administrative tasks.
Maintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks.
Prepare reports and assist in financial planning.
What You Need:
3-5 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience, preferably in construction or remodeling.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong understanding of payroll systems.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details:
In-Office Position: This is an on-site role located at our office.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, part-time.
