ResponsibilitiesThe Outpatient Physical Therapist provides outpatient services to primarily orthopedic, neurologic and oncology patients at our DeMatteis Center location.
Responsibilities will include:
- Physical Therapy assessment and treatments of patients
- Education of patients and family members
- Work with an interdisciplinary team for individualized plans of care and transition planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy or Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
- NYS Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 1-2 years' experience preferred
- BLS required within 60 days of hire
Pay RangeUSD $63.60 - USD $63.60 /Hr.
