Open Position: VP of Utility Market Development
Position Summary
M&M Energy Solutions, a leader in green energy solutions and utility program management for over 46 years, is experiencing rapid growth in a unique industry.
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Utility Market Development to drive our expansion into new markets, further our market leadership in this space, and identifying and managing rollouts for new parallel service offerings to our commercial customers while managing our current sales teams.
This senior management role reports directly to the CEO and is pivotal in researching new utility program markets, managing multiple program rollouts in varying regions, and driving growth and expansion across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Quickly develop and onboard a new program pilot team, consisting of two (2) new employees, to assist with new rollouts.
- Market Research: Identify new utility incentive and rebate program markets for commercial lighting, mechanical, and refrigeration projects.
- Business Development: Support current NJ utility programs and manage the sales team.
- Utility Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with regional utility partners for current and future programs.
- Service Expansion: Identify and develop new parallel services for existing clients.
- Strategic Planning: Create and execute rollout plans for new services and markets.
- Team Building: Hire, train, and manage new market teams, ensuring successful revenue generation.
- Program Management: Track and adjust plans to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Subcontractor Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with subcontractors for new market revenue generation in new program regions.

- Competitive Salary: Solid base salary with a significant performance-based bonus structure.
