Seoul Sausage (As Seen on the Food Network) is a Korean-American inspired food concept serving delicious lunch boxes to Fortune 500 companies across Los Angeles. Our three unique concepts (Seoul Sausage, Mama Kim’s Korean Kitchen & Ono Grindz Cafe) operate out of our flagship "Window" location, and we are on the lookout for a Part-Time Catering Team Member to help spread good food!
Position Overview:
As a Part-Time Catering Team Member, you’ll play an essential role in food preparation (we train), event execution (we train), and helping our team deliver an excellent experiences. More than anything, we want someone who is enthusiastic, collaborative, with good positive energy!
Key Responsibilities:
* Food Preparation Support: Assist with preparing food for daily catering events, ensuring everything is prepared according to our high standards.
* Quality Control: Help maintain consistency and quality in food presentation and taste.
* Event Preparation and Execution: Assist with the setup, packing and execution of catering orders, ensuring food is presented beautifully and arrives on time.
* Food Safety & Cleanliness: Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
* Team Support: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy event days.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment is preferred but NOT REQUIRED.
* Interest or experience in Korean cuisine is a plus.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
* Must be reliable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
* PLEASE NOTE: Must be a US citizen with a valid driver's license
