Escarraga's Luxury Cleaning, Inc. seeks a Cleaning Technician Coordinator to lead our dedicated team and uphold our high standards of cleanliness. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management:
Coordinate all cleaning operations, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery.
Lead the recruitment and hiring process for new cleaning technicians, including conducting interviews in collaboration with the Head of HR and Operations.
Develop and implement a comprehensive orientation and review program for new cleaning technicians, providing structured training and evaluation.
Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to technicians, optimizing routes and schedules for maximum efficiency.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure services meet Escarraga's Luxury Cleaning's excellence standards.
Conduct performance reviews for cleaning technicians, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Motivate and mentor the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Operational Management:
Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Utilize technology effectively for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
Communication & Client Interaction:
Act as a liaison between clients and technicians to address service-related questions or concerns.
Maintain professional and effective communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience and/or an Associate's Degree (AA)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to utilize technology for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Adaptability and a willingness to embrace change in a dynamic environment

Benefits:
Competitive salary of $25.00+ per hour and benefits
