Job Description:
We are looking for a customer-focused and highly organized Sales Assistant to join our team in the kitchen and bath remodeling industry. In this role, you will support our customers and sales team while contributing to the creation of beautiful kitchen and bath spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and maintaining showroom displays.
- Accurately enter project and customer information into internal systems.
- Prepare and send files and drawings to the fabrication shop.
- Prepare bids and estimates for projects.
- Showroom Maintenance:
- Ensure the showroom is inviting, clean, and organized to showcase materials effectively.
- Customer Support:
- Assist customers in selecting cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, and other materials to align with their design vision.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Previous experience in sales or the kitchen and bath remodeling industry is preferred, but not required (training provided).
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and ability to learn internal tools.

Pay: $16+ DOE
Schedule: 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
