Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quotation and Production Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely quotes to our valued customers and providing essential support to our production team, especially for special customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Customer Quotations:
o Prepare and provide accurate and timely quotes to all customers.
o Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and requirements.
o Maintain a database of historical quotes and customer information for reference.
o Follow up on quotes to gather feedback and answer any queries from customers.
• Production Support:
o Coordinate with the production team to ensure customer specifications and requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
o Assist in planning and scheduling production to meet customer deadlines.
o Handle special customer requests and ensure they are incorporated into the production process.
o Monitor the production process and provide updates to customers as needed.
o Maintain detailed records of quotes, customer interactions, and production schedules.
o Generate regular reports on quote activity, conversion rates, and production status.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of production processes and customer relationship management is a plus.
