We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic leader to take on the role of Store Shift Lead. In this position, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, inspire our amazing Kreation Krew, and ensure our customers enjoy an incredible experience. Your leadership will drive sales, uphold our standards of excellence, and create a positive, welcoming environment for both team members and guests.
What You’ll Do:
Inspire Success: Lead and coach our team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while achieving sales and service goals.
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and develop our Kreation Krew to maximize performance and build a strong, connected team.
Set the Standard: Ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded.
Engage Customers: Promote customer loyalty by enrolling guests in our Loyalty Program and building meaningful connections.
Drive Growth: Support hiring, retention, and ongoing training of high-performing team members.
Stay Organized: Manage schedules, conduct performance reviews, and ensure processes run smoothly.
Lead by Example: Embody Kreation’s values and service standards to create a positive and productive environment.
Maintain Excellence: Oversee equipment maintenance, inventory management, and store appearance to reflect Kreation’s high standards.
Grow with Us: Take on additional duties as needed and contribute to Kreation’s ongoing success and expansion.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience Matters: Previous restaurant/food service experience and at least 2 years of management experience preferred.
Passion for Wellness: Interest in health and wellness is a big plus.
Customer-Focused: Ability to build relationships and provide exceptional service.
Adaptable: Comfortable with new procedures, processes, and shifting priorities.
Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate, organize, and solve problems effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Certifications: Must have a valid California Food Handler Card or applicable state certification.
