Job Overview
We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team! If you're experienced in men's grooming and dedicated to providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality barbering services while fostering a friendly and welcoming environment for your clients.
Responsibilities
-Perform a variety of barbering services, including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves.
-Offer additional grooming services such as hairline shaping as requested by clients.
-Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure that tools and equipment are sanitized regularly.
-Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through excellent service and communication.
-Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in men's grooming and barbering to deliver modern, stylish looks.
Qualifications
-Valid barbering and business license required.
-Proven experience in men’s haircuts, beard grooming, and other related services.
-Proficient in using tools such as clippers, scissors, straight razors, and other barbering equipment.
-Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with clients to provide a positive experience.
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
-A passion for the craft of barbering and a desire to stay current with the latest industry trends.
