Every time you step in that truck you can potentially be out for two weeks at a time (I’ll always have you home before two weeks) That being said I try to keep my guys local. Maybe one day out one day back or if I can, home every night. It varies so I need flexible reliable guys
I’ll be paying percentage. 22.5% starting out 2.5% raise after three month probation period. Bonuses every Christmas after one year of employment.
We are a zero tolerance company when it comes to HOS. Pre trips are absolutely mandatory. Tools required in the truck. Not expecting a guy to do serious work but battery replacement, air hose repair and other small plug and play mechanic work required when out on the road. Steering wheel holders do not apply.
I need two solid guys I can trust to take care of my equipment. I’m out there driving dispatching and doing paperwork so I need guys I don’t have to babysit. That all being said, You take care of me I’ll take care of you. I’m a good dude to work for I seriously take care of my guys.
