We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team at Reseco Advisors. As an Customer Service Representative, you will play an essential role in supporting the Client Managers in servicing and managing our commercial insurance clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day client activities, responding to client inquiries, preparing documents, and providing general administrative support to the Client Managers. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Client Managers with managing client accounts and requests
- Respond to client inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information
- Prepare and maintain client documentation, including certificates of insurance and endorsements
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and client presentations
- Assist with gathering and organizing data for client renewals and new business submissions
For this specific role, we would like you to have:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, Applied EPIC preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Desire to get licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance
