Bao Dim Sum House is looking to hire front of the house staffs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a full-service restaurant, knowledge of (or even just excitement about) Chinese dishes, and a great sense of teamwork. Cross-training is a large part of our service model, and we offer the opportunity to train on multiple positions across both restaurants.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Provide detailed information on menu items, including specials
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that the presentation meets our high standards
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with grace and professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service
- Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service
We operate on a tip pool system (that includes our culinary team).
