Los Angeles real estate development and property management company seeks Director of Property Management.
We’re looking for someone with experience overseeing a team of property managers responsible for a portfolio of 1,000+ apartments, ideally scattered-site (e.g. without on-site managers).
You must be honest, driven, creative, able to hold people accountable, a good communicator and a systems thinker. You must be comfortable with growth and change. And you must have a good grasp of the regulatory environment in California and the Los Angeles area.
We offer a competitive salary (in the range of $120,000-$150,000), benefits and significant bonuses tied to revenue and profitability growth.
