Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee drinks, from traditional espresso-based beverages (lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, etc.) to innovative, trend-forward drinks (nitro cold brew, matcha lattes, alternative milks, etc.).
Utilize state-of-the-art coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, pour-over stations, etc.) to deliver consistently excellent coffee with precision and care.
Stay up-to-date with coffee industry trends and actively participate in menu development and experimentation with new drinks and flavors.
Provide a warm, engaging, and professional customer experience, making recommendations and educating guests about our menu and specialty drinks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, ensuring timely and accurate drink preparation during high-volume periods.
Assist with inventory management and ordering of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a barista, preferably in a high-end or specialty coffee setting.
Strong knowledge of traditional coffee drinks and modern coffee trends.
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Comfortable working with advanced coffee technology and equipment.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous experience in a similar setting or a background in hospitality is a plus.
