Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct job walks and provide accurate project estimates.
• Oversee multiple plumbing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Procure materials and resources, managing project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Manage a team of plumbers and technicians, overseeing installation and quality control.
• Negotiate and establish profitable relationships with contractors, suppliers, and homeowners.
Qualifications:
• Strong background in plumbing and project management.
• Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer software; experience with Bluebeam View and Quotesoft is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of local plumbing codes and regulations.
