Job Description:
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Lead to oversee and manage daily production operations in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality, and a focus on meeting production goals while ensuring a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Production Operations: Lead and oversee the production team, ensuring all daily tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to optimize productivity and maintain high morale.
• Quality Control: Monitor production processes and finished products to ensure adherence to company quality standards. Address and resolve any quality concerns promptly.
• Workflow Management: Organize and prioritize production tasks, allocate resources effectively, and troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between production staff and management, reporting on progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce workplace safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure environment for all employees.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Inventory Oversight: Monitor and manage inventory levels of materials and supplies to prevent production delays.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
