Hiring experienced Line and prep cooks
Line Cook:
We are looking to hire qualified and vetted cooks. Seeking someone who works well under pressure and has past knowledge and experience in more than one cooking environment.
-Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
-Reputable experience in kitchens
-Clean, safe and consistent knife skills.
-Reliable and able to use all forms of kitchen equipment
-Able to follow direction well
-Inspecting the quality of fruits, vegetables, and fish used to prepare dishes.
-Preparing dishes according to company standards on quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety.
-Maintaining a clean work environment in order to prevent food contamination.
-Regularly taking inventory of food supplies and products and communicating such with head chef timely
-Communicating with wait staff to ensure that requests and food allergy considerations are met.
-Present an enjoyable and positive atmosphere while preparing an outstanding product.
-Conduct daily inspections for cleanliness.
HOT KITCHEN/PREP COOK:
-Prepping both foods and sauces for use in various dishes.
-Maintaining clean and safe work environment.
-Daily inspections for quality and consistency.
-Works well in high-paced environment.
-Reliable transportation to and from workplace.
-Ability to make consistent dresses/sauces/etc. to Chefs standards.
-Willing to help in dishwashing and overall workplace sanitation.
-Ability to prepare hot kitchen items consistently.
