At SURE, we are dedicated to increasing the pool of publicly skilled leaders and building the power of people, and their faith communities, to successfully hold political and economic systems accountable for acting fairly. Our organization is composed of congregations. The leaders of our organization are responsible for building Justice Ministry Networks to bring out their average worship attendance to an annual Nehemiah Action, raising funds, attracting new congregations, speaking on behalf of the organization, determining issues for action and, shaping and participating in ongoing leadership development sessions. The work of the organization falls into four categories of development: leadership and staff, issues, structure and fund raising.
