Responsibilities
Craft and serve hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee, teas, smoothies, juices, toast, and salad according to customer preferences.
Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting guests and assisting with their selections.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following health and safety guidelines.
Ensure equipment and tools are in good working order and cleaned regularly.
Work collaboratively with team members to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a barista, with the ability to produce latte art consistently.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of food safety practices.
High integrity, reliability, and a great attendance record.
Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
